Bazaario is owned and operated by Saadah Investment LLC, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The platform provides tools, services, product listings, affiliate functionality, and fulfillment coordination for users such as resellers, affiliates, and product owners.

Using Bazaario involves real business risk. We do not guarantee income, sales, profitability, or market demand. Your success depends entirely on your strategy, marketing, and effort.
Affiliates earn commissions set by product owners. Bazaario takes a 20% platform fee from affiliate commissions. Only tracked, confirmed, non-refunded sales earn commissions. Fraud, manipulation, or misleading advertising is prohibited.
If you resell products using Bazaario, you operate as an independent business. You are responsible for pricing, customer service, marketing, taxes, and compliance with consumer protection laws. Bazaario trademarks cannot be used without permission.
All software, content, branding, graphics, and data on the platform belong to Bazaario or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Bazaario’s intellectual property without permission. Content you upload grants Bazaario the right to use, store, and display it for platform purposes.
If you believe your copyright is infringed, submit a takedown request to our legal team. Counter-notices may be filed if you believe content was removed in error.
Bazaario is not responsible for loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, supplier delays, marketplace fluctuations, downtime, errors, cyber incidents, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the fulfillment cost paid for the order in question.
You agree to protect and indemnify Bazaario against any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, laws, or third-party rights, or disputes with customers or marketplaces.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud or abuse, if you violate these terms, or if your activities pose legal or reputational risk. Balances tied to fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, internet failures, or government actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
If any part of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining parts still apply. Users may not transfer their rights or accounts to others. Bazaario may assign or transfer this Agreement as needed.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. This document represents the complete agreement between you and Bazaario regarding your use of the Platform.
